Measurement Antennas

The measurement antenna is a reciprocal, dual polarized antenna that mounts to the boom of the theta axis. In a TRP measurement this antenna receives the signal transmitted by the handset and sends it to a power meter or spectrum analyzer. In a TIS measurement it transmits to the handset.

Three different models are available. All three are provided with a quick disconnect system so that changing a measurement antenna takes less than one minute.

Patch Antennas

The PA-1 and PA-2 are dual polarized, dual band patch antennas. The band switching circuits are incorporated into the antenna and band switching is controlled automatically by the software.
